Usage Steps
Register on the Portal and Create an Account
First, create a company account through the portal and enter the necessary data for your employees and vehicles. Your company and employees must be registered in the DriveUp system.
Tips: Make sure to enter accurate company, vehicle, and employee information during the portal registration.
Download the Mobile App and Log In
Download the DriveUp app from the App Store or Google Play. On your first login, you will be required to upload your personal details, driver’s license, and a photo.
Tips: You can submit your personal information via email, and your driver’s license and photo will be verified by your company administrator through our portal. Uploaded documents are used solely for verification purposes.
View Available Vehicles and Make a Reservation
Browse the available vehicles defined in the portal via the mobile app. Select your desired date, time, and duration for the reservation. You can also view the vehicle’s parking location and other details in the app.
Tips: You may submit your reservation for approval by your company administrator or bypass the approval process if allowed. You will be notified of the status via email, SMS, and in-app notifications.
Pick Up the Vehicle
At the scheduled time, go to the reserved location. The company administrator will hand over the key. Tap the Start button in the app to begin your reservation.
Tips: At the beginning and end of your reservation, you can take photos of the vehicle and report its condition through the app.
Use and Return the Vehicle
Use the vehicle during your reservation period. You can extend the duration via the app if needed. At the end of your session, park the vehicle at the designated location and tap the End Reservation button in the app.
Tips: If necessary, you can extend the reservation through the app. You will be required to upload photos when ending the reservation. Make sure to return the vehicle on time to avoid any company-imposed penalties.
